No more going to a therapist in one clinic and a medication management provider in another. Our clinicians and therapists are a tight knit group that work closely together on patient cases. This means you get high quality care via an integrated, multidisciplinary approach all under one roof.
We’re local. We’re human. We don’t have patient quotas or corporate agendas. Our founder, Dr. Applegate, created Clear Sky so patients could receive premier care without the administrative drawbacks and pressures common to large institutions. This means you won’t need to make small talk with a different person every time you call the clinic and your provider won’t be rushing you out the door after ten minutes. Our model is based on quality, not quantity, of patient care.
We have specialized experience that allows us to treat children, adolescents, and adults more effectively than general practitioners. It’s big hospital expertise without hassle or ego.
We aren’t located in a drab, brown medical building with flickering lights and a strange smelling elevator. Instead, our clinic is in the heart of Station Park in Farmington. This means you can improve your mental health and then go shop, eat out, or see a movie (or treat yourself and do all three) without having to move your car.

We accept insurance and are in-network providers for the companies listed here. If your insurance company isn’t listed we can provide you with an out-of-network bill that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Please give us a call if you have any insurance questions.
